Q: How much room do I need to have for renting a Kidz Bouncing Jump?
A: You will need to provide 20 feet by 20 feet square. Overhead clearance of 22 feet is needed.
Q: Can a kidz Bouncing Moon Jump be setup indoors or on a driveway?
A: Yes it can be set-up indoors or on a driveway surface as long as all proper clearances are met.
Q: How much should I pay to rent a Kidz Bouncing Jump?
A: It depends, you get what you pay for, cheap Moon Jumps cost less and therefore are rented for less. The Higher Quality Moon Jumps cost more to purchase and therefore cost more to rent. Call Us for current pricing (630) 803-1837
Q: Are your Moon Jumps safe?
A: Yes because we deliver, set-up, and pickup our Moon Jumps for you, we are constantly inspecting the Moon Jumps for safety issues. Additionally all or our Moon Jumps are equipped with safety ramps and full view nettings for easy supervision.
Q: How many children can fin in a Kidz Bouncing Jump?
A: It depends on the size of the group of children that are jumping. We suggest that the Adult Supervisor groups children of like size and age together for jumping.
Q: What are my responsibilities as the renter of a Kidz Bouncing Jump?
A: You will have to assign a responsible adult to supervise the children while the Moon Jump is in use: This adult most know all the safety rules and make sure they are carried out. You are responsible for the safety of the children and for the care of the equiptement.
Q: What if it rains or is very windy?
A: We don't operate our Kidz Bouncing jump in high winds (excess of 20 mph) If it is raining or high winds are in the area we will not set-up the Moon Jump outside. If the weather is uncertian, we will call you 2 hours before the event and give you the option to cancel or direct us to an alternative location indoor. NOTE: We will not give you a refund due to rain or high winds once we have set-up the Moon Jump and left your event.
Q: If I need a Moon Jump today, can you deliver one today?
A: We will do everything possible to get one out to you, we have been quite successful with last minute requests. Please call us.
Q: How much electricity does a Moon Jump blower use?
A: Not Much, a typical rental will use less than a $1 worth of electricity and will run on a standard 110 volt 20 amp outlet.
Q: Is it alright to tip your Delivery and Setup person?
A: Yes, our drivers/technicians work hard to be on time and make your party a success, if they have done a good job, please let them know.
Q: When is payment dues and how can I pay?
A: Payment is due at time of set-up, the delivery person will set-up the Moon Jump and give you a copy of safety rules, and then collect your payment. We accept cash and check payments.

A: We serve the Fox Valley area, Kane, DuPage, and Will Counties.
